• Gameplay Progression Data: Numbers representing unlocked level indices (e.g. Level 1 to 100), total stars earned, per-level star ratings (1 to 3 stars), and timestamp of last activity.
• Pseudonymous Device Identifier: A randomly generated UUID key created on your device during first launch. This string (e.g. 9f086cd0-5991-4852) acts as an anonymous handle for cloud saves and cannot be used by itself to identify your physical identity.
• Local App Preferences: Audio toggle state (sound fx on/off), vibration toggle, and local consecutive win counters stored securely on your local device via standard operating system SharedPreferences / NSUserDefaults.
• Non-Personal Device & Performance Diagnostics: Operating system version, screen resolution, and crash logs aggregated via standard platform SDKs to diagnose app crashes.

3. How We Use Data

We use the minimal data collected strictly for the following legitimate gaming purposes:

• To save, maintain, and synchronize your puzzle level unlocks and earned stars.
• To allow you to resume your game where you left off if you reinstall or switch devices.
• To ensure app stability, detect software bugs, and optimize physics rendering performance.
• To deliver age-appropriate, family-safe advertisements in accordance with Google Play Families Policy.

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your data with data brokers or unauthorized third parties.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Car Rush: Draw & Drive is designed to be fully enjoyable for children and families. We strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child safety standards.

• We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
• No social networking features, open chat rooms, or public profile displays exist in the game.
• No behavioral advertising or interest-based retargeting is delivered to users.

5. Google AdMob & Families Policy Compliance

To keep Car Rush free for players worldwide, our application displays occasional interstitial and rewarded video ads powered by Google AdMob. In strict compliance with the Google Play Families Policy:

• Child-Directed Treatment: We programmatically enforce tagForChildDirectedTreatment: true and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent: true across all ad requests.
• Content Rating: We configure the Maximum Ad Content Rating to 'G' (General Audiences) (maxAdContentRating: 'G').
• No Behavioral Profiling: AdMob serves contextual, non-personalized ads only. No advertising identifiers (AAID / IDFA) are used for interest-based tracking.

6. Firebase Cloud Sync

Car Rush uses Google Firebase Firestore to back up player progress. The document ID in Firestore is keyed to the anonymous device key described in Section 2.

Firebase provides enterprise-level security, encryption-at-rest, and encryption-in-transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3). If your device is offline, gameplay proceeds uninterrupted and the sync is queued until safe internet connectivity is resumed.

7. Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard organizational and technical measures to protect all stored information:

• All communication between the game client and Firebase servers uses end-to-end TLS encryption.
• Access to backend Firestore rules is restricted via strict server validation policies.
• We retain non-personal progress data only for as long as necessary to provide game functionality or until a deletion request is made.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the European Economic Area under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you possess specific privacy rights:

• Right to Know / Access: You can request a summary of the data associated with your device key.
