By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Car Rush: Draw & Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Appstick Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All assets, including but not limited to the title "Car Rush: Draw & Drive", custom 2D art, sound synthesizers, physics algorithms, user interface designs, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Appstick Ltd.

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the game client;
Exploit cheats, automation bots, or unauthorized modifications;
Interfere with or compromise the Firebase Firestore synchronization backend.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for seamless stability across all device models, Appstick Ltd does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
